Age: 4 or 5, chronologically. His AI is programmed with an age of 18 or so.

Brief History:
After a long string of failures in his attempts to destroy Mega Man, Dr. Wily finally decided he might as well try the age-old 'evil duplicate' trick. Unfortunately, he forgot to program 'worship my name and venerate me in all things' as Bass' prime directive and he ended up causing the scientist nothing but trouble. Mostly, Bass wants to prove he's the strongest robot in the world. And since that means defeating Mega Man, anyone else who tries to fight Mega Man (or looks like they might be a challenge) is obviously a threat.

At least, that's what Bass tells himself. The fact that he actually, deep down, gets a kick out of helping people and fighting is a thought that he doesn't try to dwell on too much. Since coming to this new universe he's noticed that there are a lot of people with amazing powers and most of the strongest ones seem to be the ones trying to conquer the world. This has definitely caught his interest, because if this really is a world without Mega Man then he has to find new challenges to overcome.

Make no mistake, though: Bass is entirely convinced that he's already the strongest robot in the world, he just needs to prove it. He's arrogant to a fault, and has a nasty temper when provoked. And yet for all of that, he seems to have an odd form of respect for humans. He never forgets, after all, that it was humans who made robots in the first place. There's probably some good in there somewhere, deep down, it's just buried under several interlocking layers of jerkass.

Also, you don't mess with his wolf. Just...don't.

List of Abilities/Powers:
- Robot: Bass is an android, so he doesn't need to breathe, eat, or sleep. He doesn't get physically exhausted either. He's also strong enough to chop other combat androids in half once he's gotten a good sword, tough enough to take said sword with only minor injuries, and fast enough that he can move at highway speeds with the boosters in his feet.
- Bass Buster: He can turn either of his arms into a rapid-fire energy cannon. He's a pretty good shot, as demonstrated by his ability to shoot people who are much much faster than he is.
- Variable Weapon System: By defeating other robots, Bass is able to copy their abilities and use them. It works the same as it does for Mega Man. Incidentally, it doesn't work on humans. Cyborgs? Probably.
- Treble: Bass' constant companion is a large robotic wolf. In addition to biting and scratching, Treble can transform into a jet-board and also combine with Bass.
- Civilian Mode: While he can take off his armor to blend in with 'normal' humans, Bass can summon it back at any time.
